Iranian Regime Does What It Does Best . . . Killing

Horrible stories from Iran today.  All via Twitter, as yet unconfirmed.  However, the video speaks for itself.

A young woman standing aside watching the Tehran protests with her father is shot in the chest by a basij sniper (extremely graphic video)

"Some guards are dressing up as civillians and attacking the protesters before they even reach the town square with tear gas"

"Iran state TV airing forced confessions, protesters forced 2 say they take orders from foreign govts."

"Italian, Finnish, Portuguese embassy taking wounded!"

Fron BBC News: 

  • Thousands of police, militia and secret policemen blocked access to Enghelab and Azadi squares, and protesters were throwing stones in surrounding streets
  • A BBC correspondent saw one man shot in a crowd and another with injuries from a razor-wielding secret policeman
  • About 3,000 protesters were reportedly gathered at Enghelab Square, according to Associated Press news agency. They chanted "Death to the dictator" and "Death to dictatorship"
