Unfortunately, could come up with a top ten list without having to make anything up.
10. Russian warships dock at former US bases in Panama
9. Your Homeland Security Secretary insists acts of terrorism are actually man caused disasters
8. You go on Jay Leno and joke about the Special Olympics, the Secret Service and pets
7. You can't find enough people willing to serve in your administration who aren't tax cheats
6. Your Press Secretary all but says "neener neener neener" whenver someone asks him a tough question
5. Even the Congressional Budget Office thinks your budget will bankrupt the country
4. Your popularity at this point of your presidency is about the same as George Bush's, and that was after a contested election
3. Iran responds to your open hand by dictating the terms of surrender
2. The banks that you are counting on to buy up toxic assets are afraid to do business with you because they might open themselves up to attack from either you or congress
1. You realize that folks really do read the Constitution, really messing up a bunch of your plans for "change".

This is a really great top ten list, I think #3 is the funniest. It will be interesting to see how relations with Iran play out.
