What Minimum Age Should She Look?

I recently posted this picture.  Thank you so much for your strong response!  I have a new question about it, and later, we can discuss it.

In your personal opinion, please indicate the minimum age this person SHOULD APPEAR to be in this ad.  Just estimate the minimum age she should LOOK, not how old she should actually BE.  Consider the whole context of the ad, including how everything looks, the clothes she is wearing, and how she is wearing them.  Click on the photo to enlarge it.
