How creepy is it when doctors become terrorists? No less than five doctors have been arrested so far in the British car bombing investigation.
If you don't think it's possible for a doctor to become at terrorist, look no further then Iraq, where a doctor in Kirkuk admitted to killing at least 35 Iraqi police officers and Army soldiers by giving them lethal injections, reopening their wounds and engaging in other deadly acts as they were being treated in Kirkuk Hospital.
If the doctors in Britain prove to have been part of a terror cell, we have the unsettling prospect that non-Muslims were treated by doctors who didn't particularly care whether they lived or died -- and who in fact were working actively toward the deaths of as many Britons as possible.
The problem of Islamic jihad runs deep and wide. It certainly isn't about poverty or lack of opportunity. It's about a lack of adequate moral and religious training against murder.
