The House of Representatives will have a Democratic Party majority, it seems. The story is at Fox News, along with an interactive map, and an election scorecard can also be found at Truth Laid Bear. The only question now is how large a majority Democrats will have in the House.
Control of the Senate is still undecided at this hour. Democrats have a net gain of three seats at the moment. The Senate races are very close in Missouri (Democrat Claire McCaskill is in the lead by 49% to 48% with 84% of precincts having reported) and in Virginia (Democrat Jim Webb has a slight edge, but by less than 3,000 votes, with almost all precincts having reported). In Montana's Senate race, Democrat Jim Tester is in the lead (51% to 47%), but only 60% of precincts have reported. Thus, control of the United States Senate still teeters in the balance.
That being said, it's O.K. to go to sleep, folks. Whatever the outcome, the republic will survive. Neither party will have an overwhelming majority in the Senate, and thus there will be an upper limit on how much new legislative mischief will emerge from the Senate.

Update 1: In Missouri, Republican Jim Talent has conceded to Democrat Claire McCaskill
Update 2: Could it get any closer? With 83% of the precincts reported in Montana, only 3,317 votes stand between the frontrunner, Democrat John Tester (at 49%, with 145,309 votes), and the Republican incumbent, Conrad Burns (at 48%, with 141,992 votes).
