Sensible Conservative Cat Explains What War is For

I have never before heard a cat make so much sense about the purpose of war.

Just more of the fine analysis we've come to expect from the Conservative Cat.  Obviously Ferdinand T. Cat has been doing some deep thinking during some of the 18 hours a day that cats supposedly sleep.
