Congratulations, New York -- you've always been a high achiever when it comes to extracting exhorbitant amounts of cash from your citizens, but now you're definitely leaping to the forefront of the least friendly places in America to live!

People who work to provide for their needs and those of their loved ones rather than to pour endless sums into the insatiable yawning maw of the state will flee this insanity.  Rush Limbaugh is not the only one severing his remaining ties with New York.  He's just one who dares to explain his decision openly.  Thousands more are quietly planning their departures from the state.  They can't afford not to leave.
