Obama has already broken many provisions of the Constitution. Not just eligibility. For example, forcing Americans into indentured, unpaid work violates the Constitution.
Washington State won't tolerate Obama's actions.
Washington State - Claiming State Sovereignty Under the Tenth Amendment
Basically the 10th Amendment says that unless a certain power is constitutionally allocated to the Feds, then the Feds can't have that power. It goes to the states or the people. Obama is attempting to usurp power from the states and the people.

New Hampshire has undertaken similar legislation. They were one of the founding colonies. They have framed their arguments in terms of the agreement that was originally reached to form a union with the other colonies. Obama is violating these terms, and New Hampshire reserves the right to withdraw from the union if Obama does not smarten up.

We can expect many more bills like this from the state legislatures.
In just 2 weeks, Obama has shown himself to be a bumbling incompetent fool. His insolent disregard for the Constitution is particularly absurd, given his claimed expertise on the subject.

There are about 5-6 other states that have similar legislation pending so, this Constitiutional Crisis is already starting to walk.
I hope it gets up and roars....... Obama and the Dems deserve everything that comes with these renouncments.
