Obama's Birth Certificate Sealed by Hawaii Governor

The Governor of Hawaii has taken action to prevent anyone but Obama himself from having a copy of the document.

Obama was there yesterday.

To visit his sick grandma.

Lawyer Andy Martin was just before the Hawaiian courts a few days ago to force the release of Obama's birth certificate.

Just prior to Martin's court appearance, Obama announced his Grandma was sick, and he had to visit her immediately.  I guess the visit was a success, because Michelle Obama now says granny is fine.  I guess the "cancer" disappeared.

So I guess the Governor thinks she has thwarted Martin's legal efforts in Hawaii to get the birth certificate.

Martin might use this:

The Constitution of the United States

Article Six, paragraph two

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

So Martin could argue that the US Constitution stands above any state law or Governor's order.  Martin might argue that the issue of Presidential eligibility (Article II) is written in the US Constitution.  Therefore, the Governor would have no jurisdiction over impeding the assessment of eligibility.  The Governor would lack the authority to withhold the document.

I hope he does appeal this Governor's order, and I hope he makes a lot of noise about doing it. 

If all this was fiction, no one would believe it.

Maybe it could happen in a banana republic.  Banana, anyone?

The oath of office for most public officials includes a vow to uphold the Constitution of the United States. This includes the Governor of Hawaii. If there is something in Mr. Obama's documentation that disqualifies him from serving, she cannot in good conscience seal this record.

Thus her actions support the thesis that the birth certificate supports a claim that Mr. Obama is a natural-born citizen, but that the birth certificate also includes other information embarrassing to him. This satisfies her obligation to the Constitution and it explains the reticence of everyone to just settle the matter like Mr. McCain did with his birth certificate.

The things Obama is telling everyone is one of the many things that are turning off Americans, including what he's now saying about his cultural background. He is NOT Hawaiian in the slightest. He is African-Arabian. We don't even have evidence that he was really born in Hawaii. We only have his Certificate of Live Birth. We DO NOT have his Birth Certificate. 1. Why would Barack Hussein Obama's African grandmother say she stood by the bed when he was born in Kenya? You can't be born in two places. The Hawaiian certificate of 'live birth' is a fake. It does not carry the Hawaii state seal, the name of the doctor and other relevant information found on ALL birth certificates.

Why is everything associated with Obama like his birth certificate locked from public view?

Why would a source, who didn’t want to share something, give it to the LA Times? If you don’t want to share it, then why is it there? When it’s called for it's suddenly protected. It must have something damaging to Obama, since they don’t want to release it?

This would explain why she is withholding the birth certificate. Its for the benefit of all parties who are for globalizing. Obama is the perfect international candidate to become the worlds first leader with an international background.

Being president is only the first step and getting his international birth hidden is part of getting him through this first stage. He will espouse a leadership role for the US and take the lead to save the world....Yah, right.

He just got an endorsement from Odinga who used Obama as an adviser on how to overturn the results of the election in Kenya. Well, they used violence and rather than continue tearing the country apart the real elected leader agreed to share power with Odinga given his adviser maybe the next president of the US.

Anyway, Obama has 6 CFR advisers on his staff which is more than any previous candidate who was also controlled by the CFR.... What does that tell you???

Biden is a 30 year CFR man, and Obama's wife is on the CFR Chicago board, so he, Obama will be managed at work by Biden, similar to cheney (ex chair of the CFR) and Bush and at home by his wife. Nice huh? We are screwed.
