Iranian Repression Gaining Ground
What's going on in Iran these days is sad enough to make you weep.
Terrified women are being arrested by police for wearing the wrong clothing. The idea of fashion police is no joke in Iran. It's deadly serious.
One freedom after another is being stripped away. It's the same, sad story of totalitarianism that has been written again and again in human history -- by communists, by fascists, by Islamists.
The weary West looks away, convinced that it's not our problem.
But it is our problem. Iran's plans for total domination don't start and end with its own people.
