Apparently the secret to a successful hunger strike revolves largely around smoothies, preferably with protein added.
Based on Ms. Sheehan's example, I've boiled hunger striking down into two simple steps:
1. Liquify your food.
2. Drink it.
Voila!
Now go out there and enjoy your weight loss plan hunger strike.

Somehow the thought of a Smoothie comprised of a Broiled Steak and some Broiled Potatoes does not make me hungry at all.
