Alito Has Opposition Senators Looking Glum (P.S. This Post Will Self-Destruct Shortly)

Drudge Report has some pictures posted at the top of the page right now [update:  not any more, but see below] showing a beaming Sam Alito followed by a lot of glum-looking Senators who had hoped to derail Sam Alito's likely confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court.

I've missed most of the hearings.  The little bit I watched seemed about as exciting as cleaning the lint from my clothes dryer, but less productive and a lot more time consuming.
